- 100% of payment must be made upfront. This will be done via KoFi or PayPal. I will send you a link through your desired method of communication (email or direct messaging on social media) after we have discussed the specifications of the art. If you wish to use a different payment method please inquire so I can confirm if it is acceptable.
- Please know that once I have started working on the commission it becomes non-refundable therefore do be sure you’re happy with what you’re purchasing beforehand! <3
- Commissions will be completed within usually a months period on a 1st come 1st served basis. Your place in my commission queue will determine how fast yours will be done : )
- I will show you frequent WIPs throughout the process so please keep in contact with me (tip: if you frequently use social media, contact me there instead of using my form- I find people respond quicker to what they’re used to).
- After I have started your commission, I will show you WIPs at the sketch, line art and finished stage. When I am doing so, you may request changes but please do not exploit this.
- Upon completion, the commission will be posted to my social media. Please let me know if you would prefer me not to share it online until only after a certain date (e.g. its a birthday present). Additionally, you will always see the commission before I post it.
- Commissions are only available for personal use. Please refrain from commercial distribution (e.g. selling the art as prints). However, you may use commissioned art as profile pictures, banners, thumbnails ect I only ask that you credit me.
